Ingredients
- ¾ cup of gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup warm water
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ teaspoon of raw sugar
- ½ teaspoon of your choice of herbs
- ¼ teaspoon of chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of oil for drizzling
- Combine all the dry ingredients with a whisk
- In a separate bowl add the egg and water and lightly beat with a fork
- Add wet and dry ingredients and fold together with a wooden spoon until all mixed together and is in a dough consistency
- Cover an place in fridge for thirty minutes
- Place dough in between two pieces of baking paper and roll with rolling pin till thin (it will rise ½ cm when cooked)
- Place on baking tray carefully remove top baking paper and drizzle oil over top
- Cook at 175ยบc for 10-15 minutes only want it part cooked (hard on outside bit very soft on inside)
- Add toppings of choice and bake for further 15-20 minutes (or till cheese is golden if used )
